Field Day - 1st Full Day Field Day in WWA History!
WWA PTO is excited to help make full-day field day a reality this year! Tell your 1st-5th grade kiddos to get ready for Woodrow's first all day field day on on Tuesday, May 19! It's gonna be a SUPER fun day!
We already have 25 committed volunteers to help that day, but we're hoping for just a few more. If you're interested in helping (plan to be there from 8am - 3pm), please email Amy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your student will receive a special field day backpack, water and snacks. There will be approximately 20 game stations (many new ones this year), ribbons, and more! There will be some "chill-out" stations, some stations in the gym so kids can get out of the sun for a bit, and we'll have lots of shady areas up at the park as well.
Look for more information coming out soon from the school about sunscreen, what to bring that day, etc.
